In addition to our regular service, we provide preventative maintenance annually or semi-annually upon request. Under these contracts, we perform a thorough inspection, cleaning, greasing, adjustment, and a recommendation report for any parts that require immediate or projected replacement. Typically we prescribe these arrangements for high-traffic areas where swinging or sliding doors are being used very regularly.
